In a very holistic sense, Ayurveda is the most sacred science of life, both beneficial to humans in this world and beyond the world.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word, derived from two roots: 'Ayush', which means life, and 'Veda, which means knowledge. Ayurveda is the "life science" or "knowledge of nature" and deals with all facets of life.
