Europe is caught in the vicious cycle of Corona

The death toll due to Corona virus has crossed 10,000 and the highest number of deaths has now taken place in Italy. The number of people affected by the virus in Germany is increasing rapidly. Bavaria, Germany has announced a lock down.

More than 10 thousand people have lost their lives in the grip of covid-19 worldwide. The number of those affected has now reached 2,44,000. Southern Europe is badly caught in the corona virus epidemic.

The number of patients in hospitals is increasing. After Italy, Spain is also getting caught in the grip of this virus. In Italy, more than 41,000 people are vulnerable, while in Spain the number has reached 18,077.
Spain is number one of the countries with the most deaths from the corona virus after Italy, China and Iran. So far 833 people have died in Spain. In Italy with a population of 60 million, 3,405 people have died while in China 3,248 people have lost their lives.

In most people, the disease is confined to mild fever and cough, but the rising death toll every day is disturbing and frightening to people. So far 86,000 people have been cured of the disease, most of them from China. The pictures coming from Bergamo, the most affected by the virus in Italy, are extremely disturbing. More than 400 people have died every day in Italy for the past 2 days.

On the one hand people are losing their lives, on the other hand the risk of the economy getting stuck in the mire of recession is increasing. Economic activities have stopped in a way. Kenya is blessed with flowers that have no buyers.

There is silence at airports around the world and planes of most airlines have stood up. Many countries have announced a package to give relief to the economy, but currently no one is in a position to say how long this crisis will continue.
Governments are struggling with the balance of balance between lockdown and supply of essentials. Doctors, nurses and paramedics as well as truckers, people working in the supermarket, garbage pickers and journalists will become increasingly difficult if they stop working.

The President of France has requested that the people working in such places continue to work even under the lockout. Emanuel Macron said that we need to keep the country running.
Germany's largest state Bavaria on Friday announced a lock down to prevent the virus from spreading. Till now no area of Germany was banned to this extent. A lock down has been announced in Bavaria for the next 2 weeks from Friday night.

Bavaria State Chief Minister Markus Joeder said on Friday that there is a basic ban on going out of the house for 2 weeks from midnight today. We are not banning the Bavarians, but we are stopping their public life completely.
The Chief Minister also said that restaurants will remain closed and citizens will not have the right to meet outside in the group. In most cases, going to the hospital will also be prohibited. The government chief has asked companies to allow people to work from home.

There is already a ban on opening of clubs, bars and non-essential shops across the country. It is feared that other states will soon follow this path. In these states, the possibility of a lock down in Northrine Westphalia has intensified.
So far, the people of this state have been affected the most by the corona virus and this state also has the largest population. The Chief Minister of Northline Westphalia has already said that the state government can take such decisions if people do not stop themselves from meeting. The first authority to make such decisions in the federal governance system of Germany is the state governments or the local administration.

In Europe, Italy was the first to introduce restrictions, despite which the disease spread very rapidly there. France and Spain have already been locked down, but so far there has been no major breakthrough in stopping the spread of the virus. The death toll in Germany is small but the number of victims is increasing very fast.
