All these diseases affect the heart differently

World Heart Day i.e. World Heart Day is celebrated every year on September 29. The heart is the most sensitive and vital part of our body. Today, due to the irregular lifestyles, unhealthy eating habits and lack of physical hard work, the person is suffering from all kinds of diseases. Among them, heart diseases are considered to be more dangerous because they do not allow many times to cure humans. Heart attack, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, heart failure, erdemia and cardiac arrest etc. are also heart diseases. All these diseases affect the heart in different ways and it is not necessary that every disease takes the life of the patient and not necessarily take every patient's life.

What does the heart

Heart is a small part of our body but it is very important. Its size is as big as a closed fist of an adult and is hollow from inside. It fills the blood flowing inside our body and then pulls it out. This is the only work of this heart until the human's respiration begins. Now if there is any obstacle in the work from this, then the heart can stop working or its work can be affected. The blood coming in the heart comes with the support of three arteries, which are called coronary arteries. The root of all the diseases of the heart is in the arteries. If the blood coming in these arteries is blocked then these diseases are those, which we have mentioned above.

What is heart attack

The heart attack is in which the heart does not get blood due to any blockage. When heart arteries do not get blood due to any kind of obstruction in the blood vessels or if they are not found in sufficient quantities then they die. Since the arteries are three, so much of the heart was receiving blood from the affected artery, so much of the heart also dies, while the remaining part of the heart continues with the help of blood in the other two arteries. For this reason, if the cardiac arrest is made then the patient is killed in minutes and if the cardiac arrest is not done then the patient can also be saved.

Not every heart pain is heart attack

Not every pain in the chest is a heart attack. Sometimes there may be pain problems for many other reasons in the chest. Heart burn is a similar problem, which causes severe pain in the chest. Heart burn is not related to the heart, but the problem arises due to the acid formed in the stomach. Burning and pain in the chest or throat, sour dread, mind of vomiting, stomach heavy-heavy ... These are all signs of heart burn. If you eat more than once at a time, then a valve between the stomach and isophiles is formed. This valve pushes the acid formed in the stomach to the esophagees.
It starts to feel pain and irritation in the chest. Like other parts of the body, our heart needs oxygen to work continuously. Blood vessels transmit oxygen to the heart with blood. Blood vessels carrying blood to the heart are called coronary artery. But whenever there is an arterial blight due to fats, proteins or platelets, there is a heart attack.

How is the rescue possible

Like all the heart diseases, you also have to make some changes in your lifestyle to prevent this disease. Eating a good, healthy and nutritious diet, staying away from fastfoods, not eating cigarette alcohol etc., and having enough sleep as per your body's needs, etc. You can lead a healthy life by including things in your life. And yes! Most importantly, a little exercise and physical effort are required daily in life. If you can not do anything, walk on foot at least for some time, climb stairs and dance. Stress is also a major cause of heart diseases, so do not stress.
